Returns and Refunds

For customers located in Italy and the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered, unless the product falls within a legal exception to the right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, undamaged, and carefully packaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because DOST pieces are handmade and many pieces are produced according to individual sizing specifications or custom requests, products that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may not be eligible for return under applicable consumer law. This includes, where applicable, custom colors, custom measurements, or other modifications requested by the customer.

For customers outside the European Union, standard returns are not accepted unless required by the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of the destination country.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact DOST as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where required by applicable law, DOST will provide an appropriate remedy for defective or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom-made or clearly personalized products may not be eligible for withdrawal or return where permitted by applicable law. Please review all measurements, sizing selections, colors, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
